Morton’s Neuroma is a painful condition caused by the thickening of tissue around a nerve that runs between the toes, most commonly between the third and fourth toes. It often develops due to repeated pressure, tight footwear, or improper foot support, leading to nerve irritation and inflammation.

Common Symptoms:

• Sharp, burning pain in the forefoot

• Tingling or numbness in the toes

• Feeling of a “pebble” or “folded sock” under the foot

• Pain that worsens while walking or wearing tight shoes

• Relief when shoes are removed or feet are massaged

Pain Points:

• Ball of the foot

• Between the third and fourth toes

• Sometimes radiates into the toes

• Forefoot area, especially during weight-bearing activities
