How to Use

1. Remove the insole of any old shoe that you would like to place your new Corrective Orthotic Insoles in. 
2. Place your existing shoe insole on top of our orthotic insole.
3. If our insole is larger, mark and cut the excess from the front portion to fit your shoe perfectly.
4. Use our Smoothing Tool to give the cut area a clean finish and smooth any edges.
5. Place the new insole inside your shoe and enjoy enhanced comfort and support.

👣 How To Measure Your Foot Size:

Step 1: Place an A4-size paper on a flat surface and stand on it.
Step 2: Draw an outline of your foot using a pen or pencil.
Step 3: Measure the distance from the heel to the longest toe on the outline.
Step 4: Note the measurement in centimetres.
Step 5: Match your measurement with the chart above to select your size.

• We recommend pairing these shoes with broad, lace-up sport shoes for optimal comfort.
• These shoes are orthotic insole friendly and can accommodate supportive insoles easily.
• If you feel there is limited space inside your shoe, we suggest choosing the EVA insole.
• EVA insoles are lighter and thinner, making them ideal when extra room is required without compromising comfort.

Additional Notes

• If your foot measurement falls between two sizes, choose the next bigger size.
• For broader feet, sizing up is recommended for a relaxed fit.
• Measurements are based on foot length, not shoe length.
• Fit may vary slightly depending on foot shape and shoe style.
